  • Payment: For domestic orders within Vietnam, we accept bank transfers. For international orders, we accept payments via PayPal or WISE. Full payment must be made before production begins on custom orders. We reserve the right to cancel any orders if payment is not received or confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders within Vietnam are shipped via reputable couriers such as Giao Hàng Nhanh or Viettel Post. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days depending on the destination.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping through partners like DHL, FedEx, and EMS. Shipping times for international orders may range from 5-14 business days depending on the country.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on your location and the weight of the package, and they will be included in your final invoice. Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Custom Orders

All custom orders are subject to our crafting timeline:

  • Small items: 3-5 business days for production.
  • Larger bags: Typically over 15 business days for production.

We will begin crafting your custom order only after full payment has been received. Since our products are handmade, variations in leather texture and finish are expected, and each product will have its unique characteristics.

6. Order Cancellation and Changes

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Order Changes: If you wish to modify any details of your custom order (such as design or size), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders. However, if there is a defect in the craftsmanship or material, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a solution.

We may request photos of the defect for evaluation and will work with you to repair or replace the item if applicable.
